The spacious room came with a lovely bathroom, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation, complete with stunning views. The buggy service could be unreliable, and some parts of the hotel need maintenance. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but could improve on vegetarian options.

Polite staff, excellent services, and GOOD location just next door to huge waterfall at the side. Large room with a private bathroom. A wide array of products for a satisfactory breakfast. Simply no complaints whatsoever, wonderful stay.

The breakfast was satisfactory with the eggs made on demand, and the pool was well-maintained. The location was good by Karon temple and met expectation.

We enjoyed the fine pool, the spacious rooms, and the shuttle to the beach made things super easy. Loved the cocktails at sunset!

I loved the pool - the view was really special and the pool was wonderful. Our room was big and spacious with large and comfortable beds. The bathroom was excellent with a good powerful shower and lots of towels, soap and shampoo. I had a wonderful foot massage in the spa. The treatment room was cool and spacious, also with a fabulous view. Staff were all friendly and polite. Dining room very nice, breakfast good, and evening meals good.I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

There is not much I didnt like about the hotel. The only thing that was a slight problem was the hot water surges in the shower - I think that happened when someone in another room flushed the loo!

The staff were very friendly, kind to our son and us, caring lovely people. Very informative helpful. Food was lovely at the restaurant.

The location, the staff support, the room cleanliness was excellent.

Good sized rooms with large beds. Wonderful base for vacation in Karon. We had fun in the pool of the hotel.

The only plus about this hotel is the way the pool looks.Breakfast was decent.

We checked in for the weekend, and did not have hot water for the entire time we were there. The hotel was dirty upon arrival, and we were greeted by ants in our bathroom, and roaches on the balcony. Do not spend the extra for the jacuzzi....it is a concrete hole in the balcony...literally. The bed was hard as a Rock, and the ac cuts off as soon as you leave the room. The location of the hotel is horrible. 15 minute walk from shops ect, and not close to the beach. Also, there are stairs and steep hills that lead you to your room, so if you are not physically fit...not a good idea....especially for luggage transfer!

Request the hotel shuttle to navigate the steep hillside easily. It's a practical help for getting to your room or the lobby.

staying here was easy, just a 10-minute walk to Karon Beach and close to Karon Park made it perfect for my city strolls, while the friendly staff really added to the cute atmosphere.

The view from the infinity pool is fine. Breakfast options were diverse, particularly enjoying the scrambled eggs, although the vegetarian selections could use some improvement. Service quality varied. While some staff were helpful, there was noticeable inconsistency in responsiveness, especially during check-in and when addressing issues like the air conditioning breakdowns. The overall facilities lacked the expected standards for a 4-star experience, highlighting the need for improvement in several areas.

The infinity pool was a hit with my kids, complete with Jacuzzi seating and a separate kids' pool that let them splash around safely. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious with amazing views.

My wife says that the steep walkways can be tricky with kids in tow.

Fine infinity pool, convenient shuttle service, the breakfast spread was satisfying and offered various options to start the day, making it a great choice for a quick getaway.
